Return and Refund Policies
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Gift cards are not returnable and not refundable.
Any item(s) that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than manufacturer's or supplier's fault cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Before returning any item(s), please contact us at sales@dreamyallure.com for instructions as where to return the item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, according to our return criteria.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange any item(s), you should return it, according to our return and refund policies above, and order a new item. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes, if any, for the new item(s) ordered.
Shipping
To return your product(s), you should email us first at sales@dreamyallure.com for instructions as where to mail your product(s).
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any other applicable costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping any item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All returned item(s) remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or missing item(s).
